Ageris is an outsourcer with centers in Solna, Falun and Strömsund in Sweden. Ageris delivers customer service, proactive customer care and sales for clients who work strategically with customer loyalty and believe that customer service can increase customer satisfaction and sales. At Ageris, we have extensive industry experience that we like to share with you, we follow the labor agreements between Almega and Unionen and we are members of the contact center industry association Kontakta. Contact Center Operations at Ageris has a history that started in the early 90s.  Today Ageris has several large and long-term clients, approx 250 employees and is growing organically with profitability.

We are always looking för responsible employees for customer service to work with us at our center in Solna, Strömsund and Falun in Sweden. Before you begin working for our clients, you get an education in customer service and you will be trained in the task, you will work with. Within the framework of our mission is the opportunity to develop your expertise in our clients’ products and services. You will become a customer service specialist, and you will get the experience of handling different types of people and situations.

We help our clients to achieve goals for customer satisfaction, sales, retention, win-back or other goals that are important in order to develop the relationship with customers and strengthen the brand. Ageris helps clients to develop customer contact through multiple channels such as phone, chat, voice mail, e-mail, mail and web.

Ageris takes the result of a customer request or a sale one step further. We place the order, update the sales support system, renew the contract, send or mail the new card, letter, package or what might be required to close the case.  You as a client do not have to think about closing cases coming from the contact center.

Ageris works with sales of various types of services and products through various channels, including inbound telephony, outbound calls and chat. Sales and order size is often one of the key performance indicators that the assignments and employees are measured on. In many cases we combine customer service and sales.

The reasons for outsourcing may vary  but common for our clients are the need for a responsive partner who is able to provide guidance and take the lead in an environment that changes rapidly. A high quality, efficiency and profitable customer service and sales are also importent for our clients.
